How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Buy4LessTuxedo.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the price of the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, tags in tact, and in the original packaging).

To return an item, you must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. To obtain an RMA number, please click on the "Start Your Return" orange button above or visit RETURNS PORTAL. You are also welcome to contact customer service via live chat, email, or phone (888.724.2829) if you have any questions.

RETURN SHIPPING OPTIONS

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You have two options:

1. Use our prepaid UPS return label
For your convenience, we have provided you with the option of using a prepaid UPS label to send back your return. (Please note: If you use our optional UPS return shipping label, a $15 label fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.) If you prefer to send back your return using your own shipping label (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc) instead of using our prepaid UPS return label, you are welcome to do so & no label fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Use your own shipping method
You're welcome to use your own shipping label (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). No label fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose this option.

IMPORTANT: RMA NUMBER INSTRUCTIONS

If you're using our pre-paid return label, the RMA is automatically included on the label.
If you're using your own label, please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package

RETURN POLICY REMINDERS

Items must be brand new, unworn, unaltered, with all original tags, hangers, and packaging included
Returns that show signs of wear, or have missing tags, will be sent back and will not be eligible for a refund

REFUND TIMELINE
All returns are processed within 5 to 15 business days from the date they are delivered back to our warehouse. Refunds can take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect on your end.
